Workers: Proposal

This work is beyond the scope of our proposal and thus no tasks will be assigned to this requirement. But we must write some words in our proposal about its importance, about how we will do "social work" to continue to drive other work in this important area.

1. Short term plan to eliminate the difficulty associated with Firewalls.
2. Short term plan should allow uses at the most restricted sites (e.g. LLNL)
3. Long term plan to work with the CSET community to have a system that both Grid Security people and Perimeter Security people can agree go.
