4. Education & Documentation: The following are a list of user requirements.

Tutorial on using x509 certificates
- written for the fusion researcher
- why we use certificates and how to use them
- available on the web and as a printer-friendly PDF
- Should also be offered as a tutorial to be given at specific physics meetings.
Documentation
- User's Guide
  - written for the fusion researcher
  - indicates what the NFG can do for the researcher
  - explains how the researcher can use the NFG
  - will be available as HTML pages and a PDF
- Programmer's Guide
  - written for the grid service developer
  - will include a walthrough of creating a service
  - include service standards, template for documenting a service
  - available as a set of HTML pages on fusiongrid.org
- Administrator's Guide
  - written for the sysadmin
  - how to install & maintain grid software
  - will also cover AG nodes and tiled display walls
  - available on the web
Package Software
- "one-click" installation of grid software
- package will include code and documentation
Help Desk/Point of Contact
- need to budget for a "help desk" person to support users
- will develop a FAQ based on questions
- expected to answer some questions, know who to call for other questions
- will provide users with a single point of contact
