PPPL has arranged for a block of 10 rooms at the Holiday Inn Princeton
(formerly the Novotel Hotel) arriving Wednesday, May 15 departing Friday,
May 17, 2002. The rooms are held in the name of CPPG. Please
call the hotel at 609-520-1200 and ask for this group. The rate
is $93.00. The cut-off date for the rooms is May 10, 2002.
Also, you probably want to make your hotel reservations soon. Hotels in this area book
quite rapidly in May due to local events.
Please be advised that security at PPPL has tightened due to international events.
It is imperative that Lisa have authorization information for you for your entrance
into the laboratory. The required authorization information is:
- your complete name
- citizenship
- passport no/expiration date/place of birth (for non-citizens only)
- institutional affiliation
- institution address
