This is up to Tom. He wrote some code enabling instrumentation from the
controller so this will simplify things a lot.

Mary, I don't think this code will be available to do anything with (let
alone install ;-) in this timeframe. I will make sure we do as much as
possible to enable a relatively quick install in Denver.
